Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Original vs The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Original vs The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer

Kayla compared the Photo Finish Primer Original to the High-Adherence Silicone Primer. Here's what they had to say:

*The Ordinary is $4.90 for 1 oz. Smashbox is $36 for 1 oz. Smashbox is clear, while The Ordinary looks more like a moisturizer. Both are silicone based. Both don't really have a smell. Both products blur out my pores and fine lines really well and create a barrier on my skin for my foundation. My foundation goes on well over it and lasts all day. There was an ever so slight difference between Smashbox & TO. I think Smashbox blurred out my pores a tiny bit better than TO but you had to really look close to see the difference. TO made my skin feel more hydrated than Smashbox. I was pleasantly surprised just how well TO worked and for the price point, you really cannot beat it. That's almost an 85% savings! This is a definite staple in my makeup bag.
