This privacy policy applies to “Consumers” as defined under defined under various state laws in the United States that may apply and all laws and regulations implementing, supplementing, or amending the foregoing (collectively, “U.S. Privacy Laws”). The Website and the App are collectively referred to as the “Services”.

The Services are not intended Users under the age of 18. . No one under age 18 may provide any information on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from Users under 18. As defined in our Terms of Service, you may also have the ability to share and post information on the App including feedback and product reviews that may be published or displayed on public or other areas of the Services (“User Content”). We cannot control the actions of other Users of the Services who may have access to the User Content.

“Sell” (California) refers to making personal information available to a third party for monetary value; “share” (California) refers to making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can have an authorized agent submit a request on your behalf. 10. Exercising Your Rights

Please note that you may only make a data access or data portability disclosure request twice within a 12-month period. In addition, we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting any user account you may have. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Further, if you delete User Content from the Services, copies of the User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Content, is governed by our Terms.

 

11. Designated Authorized Agent

You may, depending on your state of residency, have the right to designate an authorized agent to submit one of the above requests on your behalf.
