Brandefy, Inc. (“we”, “us” or “Company”) on our website BrandefySkin.com (“Website”) and our mobile app, Brandefy (the “App”) owned and operated by Brandefy, Inc. This privacy policy applies to “Consumers” as defined under defined under various state laws in the United States that may apply and all laws and regulations implementing, supplementing, or amending the foregoing (collectively, “U.S. Privacy Laws”). The Website and the App are collectively referred to as the “Services”.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Services. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). This Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means not described herein. The Services are not intended Users under the age of 18. . No one under age 18 may provide any information on the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from Users under 18. 1. Information We Collect About You.
We collect several types of information from and about users and visitors (“Users”) of the Services. We collect information directly from you when you access or use the Services (see, Information You Provide to Us), inquire about our offerings products, sign up for or participate in any offerings such as subscription services, request information, and otherwise as you interact and communicate with us or on through the Services. We cannot control the actions of other Users of the Services who may have access to the User Content.

“Sell” (California) refers to making personal information available to a third party for monetary value; “share” (California) refers to making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This information is used to analyze website traffic, improve user experience, and deliver personalized advertisements.

10. Exercising Your Rights

Please note that you may only make a data access or data portability disclosure request twice within a 12-month period. In addition, we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting any user account you may have. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. Further, if you delete User Content from the Services, copies of the User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Content, is governed by our Terms.
11. Designated Authorized Agent
You may, depending on your state of residency, have the right to designate an authorized agent to submit one of the above requests on your behalf. To do so, you must either (a) execute a valid, verifiable, and notarized power of attorney or (b) provide other written, signed authorization that we can then verify.

13. Third-Party Providers and Links
