Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask vs The Crème Shop Watermelon Overnight Gel Mask

Kayla compared the Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask to the Watermelon Overnight Gel Mask. Here's what they had to say:

*Glow Recipe is $45 for 2.7 oz & The Creme Shop is $15 for 2.36 oz. Both are K Beauty brands. Both smell like watermelon. The Creme Shop has a much lighter smell compared to Glow Recipe. The Creme Shop is good for Combo & Sensitive skin. It claims it helps to shrink pores & reduces acne-causing oil. It's a gel-like consistency while Glow Recipe is thinner in consistency. The Glow Recipe does have Lactic & Glycolic Acids which are mild exfoliants so it may not be good for anyone with sensitive skin. Both masks made my skin feel very soft and were easily absorbed. I loved the way my skin felt the next morning after using them. Both don't have an overpowering watermelon smell, I liked both & it dissipates when you use it. Both come in glass jars. Packaging wise Glow Recipe looks prettier compared to The Creme Shop. The cover used on The Creme Shop mask I am not a fan of. It's a tin-gold colored twist cover & the more you open it the more the inside gold color comes off. If you don't clean it the pieces of the tin will come off and into the product. Not a very good manufacturing idea. Despite this, I really enjoy using The Creme Shop mask. I choose that every time over The Glow Recipe. The Creme Shop has more simple ingredients compared to The Glow Recipe. Not to mention the price tag is a lot better as well! *It should be noted that Glow Recipe is considered 'Clean at Sephora.' The Creme Shop does not claim to be clean.
