OLEHENRIKSEN Banana Bright Eye Crème vs Sweet Chef Turmeric + Vitamin C Booster Eye Cream

OLEHENRIKSEN Banana Bright Eye Crème vs Sweet Chef Turmeric + Vitamin C Booster Eye Cream

Brandefy Founder, Meg Pryde compared the Banana Bright Eye Crème to the Turmeric + Vitamin C Booster Eye Cream. Here's what they had to say:

Brandefy ingredient note: Both products contain tocopherol (vitamin E) which is rich in antioxidants and great for protecting the skin against free radicals and aging. They also both contain Vitamin C for brightening and glycerin for hydration. The Sweet Chef product has Niacinamide (supports the skin's barrier), Turmeric (antioxidants that brighten and improve complexion), as well as other antioxidants and probiotics. The Olehenriksen product contains collagen to improve skin’s elasticity. It also contains fragrance (Citral, Limonene, and Linalool) that can cause skin irritation. The Banana Bright eye creme is clean at Sephora and Sweet Chef’s eye cream is considered clean at Target. Meg says: I love the Banana Bright Eye Cream and was looking for a more affordable alternative -- Essentially a vitamin C alternative that is also in glass packaging. (I prefer glass for the feel and for sustainability reasons.) This eye cream hits both of these marks, though it is unscented and Olehenriksen has a citrusy smell. The texture is barely different and, but the color is very different. The Olehenriksen is a orange-ish tan color. I would ABSOLUTELY switch to save money, as I feel like this product is really working!
