Kayla compared the Hangover Replenishing Face Primer to the Coconut Dream Hydrating Primer. Here's what they had to say:
Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer is $34 for 40ml and I Heart Revolution Coconut Dream primer is $8 for 27ml. Both of these products are a lightweight white lotion type consistency and are marketed to hydrate your skin. Both brands have Coconut water in their formulas but they are very low on the ingredient list. Both have a subtle scent of coconut. Both are water-based primers with Vitamin C & E. Too Faced has Citric Acid in it which is known to be bad for people with sensitive skin. It also has Lauric Acid in it which has a comedogenic rating of a 4 and can potentially block pores. IHR does have several ingredients known to be beneficial for dry skin such as Vitamin E, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin B-5 & Glycerin. Both brands blended out beautifully and felt hydrating throughout the day. If you have an oily t-zone you may want to pair these primers with a mattifying one. Longevity-wise, both were about the same. Honestly, I think this is a fantastic alternative to Too Faced. I actually think it is better!
