MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly vs e.l.f. Putty Eye Primer - Rose

Kayla compared the Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly to the Putty Eye Primer - Rose. Here's what they had to say:

PRICE: MAC Paint Point in Painterly is $22 for 5g & ELF Putty Eye Primer in Rose is $5 for for 5.38g. SIMILARITIES: Both are in screw top containers. They look extremely similar in color. ELF is just a smidge lighter but it is hard to really tell. Both brands are a bit dry to the touch but become creamier the more you warm it up into your fingers and blends out beautifully on the lid. Both brands kept my eyeshadow looking really good after 12+ hours of wear. I wore both of these brands after a night shift and if a product lasts after a night shift it is a good product in my opinion! I have a light skin tone and both brands did a good job concealing a bit of discoloration on my lids. They both had slight tack to them which helped with application of eyeshadow. DIFFERENCES: The MAC container is glass and ELF is plastic. ELF has Squalane in its formula which is known to be very moisturizing. FINAL THOUGHTS: I think these are dupes AND you get a little more product for much less money! Out of all the Painterly paint pot comparisons I have done, this is probably my favorite.
