Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial vs The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Exfoliating Peeling Solution

Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial vs The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Exfoliating Peeling Solution

Nitya compared the Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial to The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Exfoliating Peeling Solution. Here's what they had to say:

Despite these products being pretty different in terms of packaging and the consistency of the product, I still think The Ordinary is a great alternative to Drunk Elephant. The Ordinary comes in a glass jar with a dropper. The product is deep red in color and is viscous. Drunk Elephant is known for their packaging (air tight, opaque bottles to preserve the active ingredients) and this is no different. The product itself is a beige color and thicker in consistency. Both have very similar active ingredients but TO actually has 5% more AHA. I found both products to be very effective and think TO is a great alternative to DE for a fraction of the cost. DE has chickpea and pumpkin which I found to be more moisturizing for my skin. If on a budget, I would recommend TO. *It should be noted that Drunk Elephant is considered 'Clean at Sephora.' The Ordinary says it is 'free of parabens, sulphates, mineral oil, methylchloroisothiazolinone, methylisothiazolinone, animal oils, coal tar dyes, formaldehyde, mercury, oxybenzone.'
