Biossance 100% Squalane Oil vs The Ordinary 100% Plant-derived Squalane

Biossance 100% Squalane Oil vs The Ordinary 100% Plant-derived Squalane

Brandefy compared the 100% Squalane Oil to the 100% Plant-derived Squalane. Here's what they had to say:

Both of these products contain 100% plant-derived Squalane. Biossance is derived from sugarcane. Squalane is a great ingredient for those with acne-prone skin because it helps balance oil production and sebum. Squalane has anti-inflammatory properties that also help work against acne. It also hydrates and promotes suppleness to fight signs of aging - making it a double-duty product. We found these oils extremely similar. They are colorless and relatively odorless, which is what you can expect from Squalane. The only difference we noted was the packaging. The Ordinary comes with a dropper while Biossance comes with a pump. We preferred the pump on Biossance, but would still switch to The Ordinary to save.
