Nitya compared the Brow Wiz Pencil to the Micro Brow Pencil. Here's what they had to say:
ABH is $21 and NYX is $10. Makeup Maven, Nitya, says: NYX's bristles on the brow brush were longer and more firm whereas Anastasia's were softer. I used the darkest shade for both products and the pigmentation was very similar. Both looked nearly identical after application. I would recommend switching to NYX, which is half the price!
