The Flower Light Illusion Perfecting Powder comes in 8 shades, has 0.28 oz and retails for $13. I chose the shade Medium for the CT powder and Soft Tan for the Flower one, which is darker than the CT shade. Because the Flower powder has more shades than the CT, that is a plus and something to have in your mind.The CT powder claims to blur imperfections, visibly reduce shine, not being cakey or sit in lines, hydrate, soothe skin and diffuse light. On the other hand, the Flower powder claims to be medium coverage; with blurring pigments that give you a luminous glow and the smoothest application.The packaging of the CT powder is so elegant. It is an oval rose gold clamshell case with a mirror. The Flower one is a round and delicate white clamshell case with rose gold details. It also comes with a mirror and a sponge.The quality of the CT powder is a very good one. Like the description of the product says, it leaves your face airbrushed and soft. For my combination skin, it mattifies and blurs your fine lines, but you still have a natural finish. As for the Flower powder, I would say that it also has a blurring effect on your fine lines, and it mattifies, without taking away your natural glow. It also leaves your skin feeling soft. In terms of consistency, they have a similar one.One thing to take into consideration, even though is not a big deal, is that the Flower powder has a little bit more fallout than the CT, which has just a tiny one.For me, I would say this is a good dupe for CT powder.
