"I recently moved from a very humid area to the very dry air in Colorado. I tried so many different products but my skin was getting dryer and dryer and looked like it was aging faster. "I have been trying to get in touch with your customer service. When I received my No Needles and removed the plastic around the top, the brown plastic top was broken and I was unable to open it. I probably could have kept trying but I didn’t want to hurt my hand or damage the product if I couldn’t get it closed. Please let me know what I need to do to get another bottle of No Needles.
