"I have been trying to get in touch with your customer service. When I received my No Needles and removed the plastic around the top, the brown plastic top was broken and I was unable to open it. I probably could have kept trying but I didn’t want to hurt my hand or damage the product if I couldn’t get it closed. Please let me know what I need to do to get another bottle of No Needles.
