"I've used both the Tatcha Watercream and Brandefy WaterCream. The Brandefy team did a great job duplicating the Tatcha watercream. It's lightweight yet very moisturizing, and perfect for the warmer weather months. I live in the South, so from late Spring through Summer, it gets hot and regular daytime moisturizer would feel too. heavy. This is perfect. It's got a nice, light fresh scent which is very pleasant. I'll definitely order more of this when I run low."

"I purchased this from my dermatology practice and was warned about the scent but it didn’t seem so strong in the office. Initially it reminded me of lavender and did not seem artificial. I scanned the ingredients but failed to notice the “fragrance (parfum)” item. This is a mystery ingredient name that covers a host of chemicals and volatile oils that are used to make a product smell a certain way. The actual components are not listed so could be anything. That said, I really like the texture and the other ingredients listed. Unfortunately after a week of use I believe I am developing a fragrance-based sensitivity. My face itches and I am sneezing violently. My eyes swell even though the product is not used directly around my eyes. This is very disappointing as I wanted to support this local to Virginia, woman-owned business as well as save a few dollars on dermatology grade skincare. It seems like this product would be great for sensitive skin if there was a fragrance free option. For now I will discontinue use and call it a loss. Bummer."
